At Fremont Optometry we provide a wide variety of lenses and frames depending on your prescription and needs.

We are one of the few people in the market who provide double aspheric lenses. We are also current with the latest transition lens technologies.

Lenses include:

  • Bifocal lenses including flat top 28 and flat top 35.

  • Trifocal lenses including 7x28 and 7x35.

  • Photochromic (transitions): although there are many kinds of photochromic, we only use transitions because they are the best quality. We have regular transitions, generation 8 (the most current transition lenses on the market), second kind extra active transitions and polarized (with the highest percentage of polarization on the market).

  • Lenses for regular frame, rimless frame and semi rimless (no rim on the bottom of the frame).

Frame material types include:

  • Acetate (plastic and Korean plastic), Korean acetate frames are light, flexible and durable.

  • Korean plastic acetate (plastic and Korean plastic).

  • Regular metal.

  • Flexon (also a brand name).

  • Titanium frames made from different grades of hypoallergenic material.

Our lens coatings include:

  • anti scratch (not scratch proof).

  • anti reflective.

  • hydro phobic and super hydro phobic.

  • UV coating.

  • Special blue filter coating designed for computer users. We provide the best blue filter coating on the market. Some blue light wavelength is good to see properly. Too much can cause strain. This coating allows for the right amount of blue light wave length to come through.
